Note from the owner: To protect your vacation investment (and ours), we do not rent outside of a rental platform and VRBO handles all payments. Thank you! **Please note there are renovations taking place on the outside of the condo building until December 2025. There may be some noise between 8-5 and walkways marked off.***

Make some beach memories with your family at this stylish place with a pool view. This one, bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor at the desirable Sterling Shores is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo door to Destin's white sandy beach. The condo was just painted, all new appliances, with new furniture and amenities and professionally decorated in 2023.

This second floor unit is family friendly- no need to wait on the elevator if you don’t want to. Because we are a family listing, we have a strict rental age policy and require individuals age 25 or older to be present at all times.

Enjoy a resort feel with access to TWO pools! There is a large lagoon style pool at the condo building and a second beach front pool with a snack bar, bathrooms and beach access.

There is also a fitness center on the same floor as the unit!

The master suite features a king sized bed, closet, and smart tv.

The stylish living room has a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a large smart tv.

The balcony offers chaise lounges, chairs and tables to allow you to watch the sunset, enjoy the view of the lagoon pool, sight of the palm trees and listen to the ocean waves!

The kitchen is fully stocked. There are plenty of cooking supplies if you decide to eat in!

We also have a couple beach chairs available for use or you can rent chairs on the beach (for a fee). (Note that like other condos in Destin, personal chairs have to be set up behind the rented chairs.)

The unit includes a washer and dryer- no need to go to a common space to wash clothes.

Wifi is included in the unit. There will be towels and bedding for 4 included in the unit. We provide an initial supply of toiletries (except shampoo), soap, trash bags, etc for your stay!
**Please note there is work going on around the condo building. The heavy construction is complete; workers may still be present.**

Great Destin Spot!!

As someone who grew up going to Destin, this is the perfect spot for a nice getaway! The location was perfect - getting to the beach was so easy and highly recommend doing the rental chairs and umbrellas. You are also right next to the Back Porch! This condo was so nice and big. we will absolutely be staying here again!

We had a great time in Destin. This Vrbo has everything you could need. It’s everything that it says it is. It’s a short walk to the beach, the back porch is a fun place to go to and everything else is a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay! Walking distance to everything we needed. We didn’t rent a car and worked great. We used Uber to and from airport, groceries, and harbor board walk for an afternoon otherwise you get 2 choices of pools to swim at, restaurants, ice cream shops and the beach all within 1 minute walking distance! It was a perfect spot for our family.

Paradise in Destin!

We recently stayed at this property and it exceeded every expectation we had!! The condo was very well maintained and has EVERYTHING we needed!! This was our second time staying at Sterling Shores and we will most likely be staying again. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and snow cones at the little bar by the smaller pool. It's so conveinant to have the Back Porch right by you as well as the Candymaker. Would recomend to anyone! Love our beach stay--- clean , full equipped with anything you need, and great communication with the owners. <3

The property was beautiful! Our unit was beautiful. We even had some basics stocked in our panty so we didn’t have to buy everything. Our children loved the pool. We had friends staying at another place down the street (more expensive) and it didn’t compare to our place! Our host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend this listing!!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the condo. It was very clean, bright and welcoming. The view of the beautiful pool area was a plus. The condo was extremely quiet, even though there was construction happening during the day which we were informed of ahead of time. The bed was so comfortable; we slept like babies. The kitchen is stocked very nicely, although I would advocate for more than one wine glass be provided in the unit. The washer/dryer was a plus. Lastly, I would advocate for some toiletries in the bathroom, i.e. shampoo, body wash, etc. This is a small price to pay and is very welcoming to guests. The properties owners were quick to respond to any questions and the check-in process was very easy. A wonderful place to stay!

2023 September Vacation

Condo was spacious for a one bedroom, one bath. Layout was nice with plenty of space between bedroom and living room with sleeper sofa. Bathroom was spacious with jetted tub/shower. Condo was very clean. Close to activities and restaurants. Short walk down the beach to Henderson State Park. Erin was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to messages. Overall 5 star rating and would definitely stay here again.
