The Space:

This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This home has two bathrooms, the primary bath having a walk in shower and the second bath with a tub. The living room has a TV and DVD player. The bedrooms have TVs and a guest bedroom has a DVD player.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great, clean property

We loved our stay and felt the condo was very clean and the view was spectacular. We saw dolphins from the balcony and never really heard any of the neighbors. We will be coming back!

Updating Needs

The unit was very out of date with old stained carpet in the bedrooms, parts of the ceiling chipping in the dining room and a very musty smell. It really needs to be renovated. But we made the best of it and still enjoyed our trip

Was NEVER told about remodeling until final payment. Heat coming off elevators to our floor was like an inferno. Wall paper peeling up, ceiling chipping and falling and NO WASHER OR DRYER.
