The Space:

Island Echos 3M is a tastefully decorated condo in Fort Walton Beach. This condo features welcoming décor with elegant furnishings throughout. When you enter, you will find an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected. The well-equipped kitchen offers a wraparound layout with plenty of storage space and all utensils needed to create your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a table. The living area features a sofa, two chairs, and a TV and DVD player combo, perfect for movie nights after a long day at the beach. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a spacious balcony and enjoy the view of the beautifully manicured pool area and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sangria at sunrise or sunset. Next to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom with a large single vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. Island Echos has every amenity desired, including an excellent Gulf beach access and a seasonally heated Gulf-side swimming pool with an oversized sundeck. Additionally, you can enjoy playing a tennis match with friends or family on the lighted tennis court, and you can enjoy some fun on the water and rent a kayak. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
