The Space:

Beachfront living is just a click away! This bright, condo is a perfect choice for families and friends looking for a quiet getaway on Florida's Emerald Coast. Ideally situated on Okaloosa Island, you'll have miles of sugar-white sands and Gulf waters as your backyard. Shopping, dining, and entertainment along the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk is just a short drive away. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable inside, while the private patio offers cooling Gulf breezes. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to whip up easy at-home meals. Everyone can dine together at the table set for six.



You will also enjoy access to a shared pool and tennis court during their stay. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

We have stayed at several beach condos and this was similar. It is beachfront but the balcony is inset in the building so view is slightly obstructed by the other parts of the building. Building was clean and well cared for. Beach was beautiful but does not have shells. Overall good experience just not the best location for my personal family and what we enjoy.
