The Space:

Enjoy lovely surrounding views of the ocean and neighborhood from this classic condo, decorated with an old-school Florida flair. You'll love kicking back on the porch swing and watching the wind blow through the palm trees from your own private deck. The shared outdoor pool is also within eyesight!



Natural light floods the inside of this condo, from the furnished living room to the fully equipped kitchen. Central air conditioning makes things cool and comfortable, and there's a ceiling fan in each room so everyone can adjust the temperature to their own preferences. The main bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized stone standalone shower. Just stick the swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer and head to the deck - this is your retreat near the beach!



Walk across the street for seafood and groceries. Plus, all that 30-A has to offer is just a few miles West, local favorites and Pier Park are to your East, pizza is a mile away, and the less-crowded West Panama City beaches are right out your door!



There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.

What a fantastic place! It is super cute and clean with a nice view…you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We usually stay on the East end of PCB, and this was a nice change of scenery. Quieter beaches, amazing restaurants and a nice neighborhood. The check in process was super easy, and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location with a beautiful ocean view and quick walk to the pool and beach. Had some small property issues with the disposal and internet. It took some work to connect with the property managers but they did come and fix our issues once we were able to speak to them.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Microwave wasn’t working, reported it and it was replaced the next morning. Master bed was uncomfortable, so bring a padding for bed if needed. It was very close to the pool.

PCB stay

Beautifully appointed. Very clean. Has everything you will need. Winn Dixie and CVS across the street as well as nice restaurants. Beautiful views from every window. Shells on the beach!! Very quiet neighborhood. The unit is almost soundproof could not hear traffic or neighbors. And again It was extra clean Furniture big and sturdy All beds amazingly comfortable and lots of space in unit.

Our stay was very good with a few minor issues. The mattress on king bed could be replaced was uncomfortable to sleep on. The tv's took a little to figure out but got it done. The controls on oven and microwave did not work as should.

Fun Place to stay

We stayed a few days before spring break started. It was nice, although the pool was not heated until the last day of our stay, they don't turn on pool heat until spring breakers start. The proximity to beach was nice, easy walk. The communication is maybe a bit excessive, but that's not a problem LOL!! If we had any problems at this location it was with the curtain system. None of the curtain rods go into actual blocking and they were pulling out of the wall all over the place. I made sure to make the property manager aware, one curtain fell while we were there, just from closing it. Overall, awesome place would stay again for sure.
