Cozy vacation apartment with two bedrooms

Our spacious, cosy, and centrally located 4-star holiday apartment features two bedrooms with full-length mirrors, a safe, and a radio alarm clock; a living room with a spacious couch, 81 cm flat-screen satellite TV, a stereo system, a reading lamp, and a large balcony overlooking the Silberberg; a separate kitchen with a dining area, fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, microwave, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer, and a separate bathroom. Free Wi-Fi. Since we are an aktivCARD Bavarian Forest partner, you have free access to the Silberberg outdoor and indoor pools, the sauna with outdoor area (3 hours daily), the Vital Centre, and the WEll Fitness and Health Centre—once daily Fitness/cardio and strength/equipment training without instruction are free of charge! We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartments due to guests with allergies! The tourist information office with bus and ski bus stops, the new Vital-Zentrum, the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, the sauna area with outdoor section, the massage and beauty salon, and shopping options are all located in the immediate vicinity. Pick-up service is available for train and bus travellers. Guests must pay in cash upon arrival; card payments are not accepted. A deposit or advance payment is possible upon the guest’s request and subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are free of charge; after that, guests are responsible for 90% of the total cost in the event of a cancellation. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over directly at the apartment located at Rißlochweg 1. These are allergy-friendly apartments; therefore, pets are not allowed. A cot is available upon request for children up to 3 years of age. Cost: 7.00 EUR per day. An extra bed is not available.
