We’ve stayed at Sterling shores before but enjoyed this condos master bedroom with balcony access. View was great and we had so much fun! Easy walk to beach and pools and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Sterling Shores for years. The location, accommodations and staff are excellent. It is easy access to beaches, pools and restaurants as well as local shopping. Our friends were very impressed too.

Amazing family trip

We ended up extending our stay we loved it so much! Amazing property, great location and it was very comfortable and well-equipped for our family of 6!!! I’m saving this one for a future Destin trip!!!!! Loved our stay here and we were so sad we had to leave!

My husband and I absolutely love this facility and loved the unit we stayed in. The location., ease of renting, checking in/out and the cleanliness is everything that you hope for with a vacation. This views from this condo were amazing. The beach is a very short walk across the street and had a bar/grill for beachside snacks. The only negative thing is that the bathrooms need updating. Especially the smaller one. The shower was gross. Also the balcony furniture needs some love. We spend so much of our time there and it would be nice to have some cozy chairs and pillows with no stains. Otherwise this place was very clean.

2nd trip to Sterling Shores

Beautiful week in Destin. Sterling Shores is clean and a beautiful property. Well maintained. Stayed on 7th floor this time with great ocean views! Basic amenities in the unit. Bring your coffee filters along with your coffee and do not forget beach towels! Glad we brought our own chairs - $300 a week for two chairs and umbrella. We were used to this being included in the rental fee, however it makes sense why it was not. Great seafood available whether you go to restaurants or cook it yourself which we did. Could not have asked for better weather. Thank you!

Great except for loud/noisy neighbors

Had a great time here going to the beach and swimming at the pools. Two out of our 4 nights we had neighbors below and beside us who blasted music late into the night. One night the music was so loud it woke us up at 2:30am. The condos do have a number for security but I am just a little disappointed that it was like a spring break atmosphere for those two nights. All in all it was a good experience.

Disappointing

For the amount we paid for a weeks stay, you think that they would have the elevators working. 2 out of the three elevators were not working, so leaving one working for the whole complex. Very disappointing having to wait a long time or trekking up the stairs with luggage/groceries. This is something that should have been a priority to fix!

Decent experience but a couple big problems

First and foremost, the condo itself was decent. If it weren't for a couple big problems, then I'd be willing to give a 4-5 star review. That said, two things were deal breakers for us: 1. The TVs were 5-inch thick Toshibas from like 2006 with not a smart feature available (no Netflix, apps, etc and terrible picture quality). Additionally, the couches were worn and beat up. 2. Much more important than 1 above, which I could overlook if it weren't for this issue I'm about to talk about, there were three elevators on the property. One of them was out of order the entire trip. The 2nd only worked about 25% of the time and I spoke to multiple vacationers who got stuck in the elevator for up to 30 minutes while the property management tried to fix it. The third elevator worked for the most part but because of the above issues, there was always a long line waiting for the elevator and it could take 10-20 minutes just to get on. For cheaper than we paid for this condo, we could have just done a large room at the Hilton nearby with a full kitchen and probably saved 500 bucks.
