This unit at Sterling Shores has recently been updated by new owners we left nothing but imagination we replaced everything. Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances wireless stereo system with fireplace. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is it. This unit is located right in middle of Destin, close to Big Kahuna water park and the Track suitable for kids and plenty of things to do. This is truly a vacation home away from home, you will love it. We stocked the kitchen with a Keurig Coffee machine with all kinds of coffee. Sterling Shores is located close to shopping centers and 10 minutes from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. If you like to shop and dine, Destin has it all and within 15 minutes of everything imaginable. The Destin Commons is just 5 minutes away with plenty of shopping, theater, Bass Pro Shop, and much more, you can stay busy just looking around the Commons. Sterling Shores is a retreat in itself it has two fantastic pools one is heated for year round comfort and fun, the other is a lagoon style you can just walk in. It has a grill area that is right next to the pool. You can play and eat right on the pool side. The kids really love it, the adults love the beach and the romantic walks on the Emerald Green Waters and the Sugary White Sands that only Destin has. It has a 42 seat theater area and an exercise room that is for the novice or the most dedicated. FYI: pool next to back porch restaurant right behind the beach is heated until the end of May! We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was very clean, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable. The pool and beach access was exceptional. The property was clean, secure and staff were friendly. Communication with the host was the best, they were even nice enough to let us check-in early. Cozy Vacation

We stay in this condo every year when we visit and try out different units based on who we are traveling with and this unit was very nice. The house was clean, had plenty of space, came with dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and plenty of coffee for the Keurig. Our favorite part of this stay was that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The wagon was a very useful tool for walking down and back up from the beach instead of carrying everything. We will be back and will likely request to stay in this unit if it is available. Also, side note, the grills are gas powered and there are plenty by the pool for use. We grilled hot dogs for my entire family by the pool as they came to visit while they were in town.

We want your stay to be flawless and a real vacation that you deserve. I am an avid fisherman and have taken guests fishing, if the wife lets them go, just kidding, about the wife not about the fishing)

Why they chose this property

The Destin area was our dream location as I used to come here to fish,
The area is close to the Gulf Stream so it is easy to get to where the fish are at. We always wanted to retire here and finally just made up our minds. We also like the Ocean and the Emerald Green Waters of the Destin area, it is so beautiful and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

Sterling Shores in the Destin area, offered a beautiful view and we wanted a place that we could look out at the ocean and relax. The beautiful sunset made up our minds to purchase
this unit as it was on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. It was breathtaking and we just love it.
