We thorough enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of things wrong at the condo The front burner on the right of the stove did not work and the sink between tithe master bedroom and bathroom did not drain. We loved the view and the decor of the condo.
The property was quite nice, other than a couple small items with master bath sink draining very slow and no call-back or follow up from property manager.
Beautiful property, great views from balcony. Property was clean. Entry was easy and property seemed safe and quiet. Pool and easy beach access were fantastic!
My only dislikes would be lack of amenities inside condo, so prepare to bring everything with you: hand soaps, coffee filters, bath mats, beach towels, any type of sugar/spice/oil you would need for cooking.
Palacio 1503 was perfect - there were a few issues with the elevator not working over the course of the week, and the construction on the roof starting at 7am was a bit early. Overall we were very pleased though! And will visit again (hopefully once construction is finished).
Parking was an issue, lots of cars in the parking lot they did not have the proper sticker on them telling them that they were a renter of that property. Other than that it was a great stay

Kim, thank you for your review of your recent stay at Palacio, a deluxe highrise on the beach in Perdido. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We hope that you will consider ResortQuest for your next stay.
Beautifuly decorated and centrally located property. Stunning view of the Gulf from the balcony. The balcony extends to the master with a private sliding door. Extremely comfortable bed and calming ambiance throughout. The master shower is not level, therefore one must shower in pooling water. The kitchen significantly lacks proper tools for cooking and the stove barely works. If you stay in this property, bring your own kitchen tools or dine out each day. The living room seats only two people.
Loved this setting. The views from the 15th floor are beautiful. Very roomy for a 2/2, although the kitchen was a little cramped. Vacasa could have been a little more generous with supplies: 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 laundry pod... And my kingdom for a knife that would cut a tomato! But those are little nuisances. The big problem was that the only person who could push open the front door was a guy over 200 pounds. A battering ram would have been helpful. Please repair!

Mari, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We confirm the front door has been replaced and is in working order. We look forward to hosting you again!
Besides the stove the room was great. Owners need to change out the trays under stove elements. They do not fit properly and the elements are sideways making it difficult to cook on. Also the front right element did not heat up passed barely warm. This needs to be replaced. If stove were fixed I would of have it 5 stars!

Very dated decor in the condo.Sinks did not drain properly without removing stopper completely. Balcony which is my favorite place to be was a one star maybe. There were two loungers that were metal but the cushion was so old and flat all I could feel was metal. Had to bring pillows from the bedroom to sit on for comfort. The two other chairs were worse than the lounge chairs. One was a dollar store plastic chair that was cream colored and looked dirty. The other chair was cheap outdoor chair that was torn where you would sit. All were not only very uncomfortable but also unacceptable in a condo environment that cost 2000 for three nights. Very disappointing to say the least. The balcony was also dirty in the corners and floors needed fresh coat of paint. Shower in master did not drain properly and light bulbs above the sink in master all different brightness. The view is amazing of the gulf. Second time to stay at the Palacio and we love the place but needs security to enforce rules. At 1:00 a.m. loud music easily heard in our condo coming from the pool and we were on the 15 th floor. Woke us up and quiet hours begin at 10p.m. No enforcement of rules posted in elevator and around the pool. The bed in master squeaked and woke us up every time we moved. Was great to get away for a few days but accommodations were lacking.
