All was good except there is no extras, no extra blankets no extra simple spices (sat pepper) or common things to cook with..

Thank you, Christy, for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re glad to hear that your overall experience was good, but we truly appreciate your feedback about the lack of extra blankets and cooking essentials. We understand how those little comforts can make a big difference during a stay. Our goal is to provide a home-like atmosphere, and it sounds like we fell short in that regard. We’ll definitely take your comments to heart as we continue to enhance our properties. We want every guest to feel completely at ease and well-equipped during their time with us. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time.

Great room, view, cleanliness, noise rules were respected-which was great, AND the elevator was not scorching hot, like some I have been in. Only complaint, which is not the property owners fault, is the intermittent balcony smoking of cigarettes and pot. Wish there was a way that could be fixed with all condos! Great place to stay, will be back!

Thank you, Buffy, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the room, the view, and the cleanliness of our property. It’s wonderful to know that our noise rules contributed to your comfort, and we’re glad the elevator was a pleasant surprise. We completely understand your concern about the balcony smoking. While we wish we could control that aspect, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to explore ways to enhance the overall experience for our guests. We’re so happy you had a great stay and look forward to welcoming you back for another visit!

Overall Sterling Reef Condos is a great place to stay. I have stayed in nicer units than this one. The only reasoning for dropping to 4 stars was that unit did not have any "leftover" beach toys or chairs. Other units I have stay in have had pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach boards for kids. Check in was very easy and communication was excellent and quick replies.

All the furnishings were old and outdated. Tables had water damage, furniture had stains. Also glad youngest didn't go with us because the sofa was so lumpy I couldn't imagine the bed in it. Master bedroom fan was super noisy until I stood on bed and adjusted light fixture, lamp had some type of short on the right side of bed. Beds weren't the worst we've experienced but not too comfortable. Lastly, one of the balcony chairs was so old the bottom was coming loose.

The view was beautiful! The condo was clean. Host responded in a timely manner. Over all, wonderful vacation. Only a few issues. The closet/drawers have a wet smell, we used dryer sheets and perfumes to help. I expected a book or a paper with details about beach codes,WiFi, etc but had to reach out to host which was fine, they responded quickly. Everything worked great. Plenty of towels for 4 people! And we even saw dolphins, manatees, and stingrays off the balcony. Elevators were slow but that’s expected. Beach was private but right by the public beach which was never an issue and it’s close to a pier!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view and found the condo clean and comfortable. It’s wonderful to know that our team was responsive and that you had a great vacation overall. We truly appreciate your feedback about the closet and drawers; that’s not the kind of experience we want for our guests, and we’ll definitely look into it. We also understand how helpful it would be to have a welcome guide with all the details you mentioned, and we’ll work on providing that for future guests to enhance their stay. Seeing dolphins, manatees, and stingrays from the balcony sounds amazing! We’re glad you had the chance to enjoy such special moments. Thank you again for your thoughtful review, and we hope to welcome you back for another wonderful getaway soon!
