The charming, individually furnished myruegenhome holiday apartment, Apartment 8, in the Parkresidenz Concordia is situated on an open, south-facing slope with sweeping views.
Within walking distance of lively Wilhelmstraße, Sellin’s main thoroughfare, the Parkresidenz Concordia—built in the traditional spa town style—is situated on a quiet side street.
The apartment has been carefully renovated. The hardwood floors, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings have been replaced, and the walls and ceilings have been repainted. Two bedrooms accommodate up to four people. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
The kitchen, which is partially open to the living room, is well-equipped: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, hand blender, etc. There are even sharp knives ;-)
There is a high chair for children, as well as a set of children’s tableware.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the shared laundry room in the basement.

Our apartment, myruegenhome, is No. 8 on the ground floor. Spanning 72 square metres, it features two cosy bedrooms, a closet, a small storage room, a modern shower room, and a large, bright living-kitchen-dining area with wide access to the sunny balcony.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
