The Space:

This condo is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues and greens this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. Unit A515 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large bar top table with seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great stay!

Very clean, staff was very helpful! There was one missing television remote but once we texted staff they quickly had maintenance respond who replaced it with no problems! Plenty of beach room with a short walk to the beach. Pool gets crowded but that was expected during this time of year. Highly recommend!

Waterscape A515 with 5 Kids

This condo was so clean and comfortable for my family of 7! The resort was exactly as described. We came in April, so we mostly stayed in the heated pool and then we spent time at the beach every day. The beach has sandbars so the kids could play and search for shells right in front of the resort safely. We walked to the fishing pier and drove to the Gulfarium, but otherwise there was plenty to do right at Waterscape. The Condo was great for our family. We put the baby in his own room, my 2 oldest kids slept on the pull out sofa, 2 kids in the bunks, and my husband and I had our own room as well. The kitchen and laundry were necessary for our family for the week and well equipped. The only thing to note is that the kitchen does not have oils, salt, pepper, etc. as I've experienced in other VRBO's, so bring your own. Publix grocery store is right over the bridge. We met multiple families that say they come back to Waterscape every year, and we plan to come back as well. A515 was right next to the elevator which I was worried would add noise, but it did not. It was convenient getting to level 2 where the heated pool and kiddie pool was. We brought our own beach wagon for getting to the beach and it was a smart move. Overall, we definitely recommend Waterscape and this particular condo for young families.
