The Space:

Waterscape's A633, beautifully decorated with rich and warm tones, will feel like your home away from home. Enjoy terrific water views of the sparkling sound with quick and convenient parking accommodations. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The dining room with seating will allow you to enjoy your home-cooked meals. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and tub, and TV. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great stay!!!

We had a great family vacation!! I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean well stocked and in a great location with easy access to the beach great pool area especially the heated pool…it was a little chilly when we went so the heated pool felt great. Good location for restaurants as well. Thank you for a great stay!!

The time at Waterscapes resort in Fort Walton/Destin was fabulous! Resort was comfy and convenient and the amenities were delightful! The beach sand and ocean water were breathtaking. Restaurants were filled with delicious food. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable vacation!

Great family resort stay

The resort itself is the best one on fort Walton beach. Multiple pools and hot tubs. One heated pool the rest were very cold this time of year. The condo was clean and as described. Across the street is the fire department so be sure to bring a box fan for noise (we had no issues with sound waking us up). My kids had a great time! Will definitely stay again.

Unit was very clean. Only complaint --The mattress in the master bedroom on left needs to be replaced. Extremely sagging in the middle. We want to book this same unit for next year BUT only if the mattress is replaced.

All was good but most dishes in cabinets and skillets were dirty. Not a huge deal, but maybe have cleaning crew make sure of that before next renter. All else was satisfactory.

We had visited the complex previously and returned specifically to bring our grandson. He loved the amenities and the convenience to everything. Our only small inconvenience was a lack of follow-through from the owner/manager on an issue. They said they would take care of it, but they never did. It was not critical to our stay, so we moved on. Would definitely return!
