Crystal Sands 302A has a comfortable contemporary decor and an incredible Gulf-front view from a private balcony. The living area offers cozy oversized sofas, glass and iron furnishings, tiled floors, and a TV.



After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Feast together at the six-seater, marble-designed dining table. You will also have the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*

This place is exactly as described. We enjoyed being on the beach with a gorgeous view. The location is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. The only lower star is because I asked a question about early check in the day before we arrived and received an answer the day after we arrived so the communication wasn’t timely. It wasn’t a big deal but if it had been an important question that response time wasn’t great.

We had a great experience. Everything was ready for us when we got there. It was clean and the view was the absolute best! We loved the upstairs which had enough beds for all our kids to have their own. We will definitely stay again!

Quick Family Vacay

Great place for a couple of days, the tile floors made it unbearable NOT to wear shoes indoors with all the sand. Not too comfy living space, but we were outside most of the stay & had a place to sleep. Residential so a drive required to go/do activities

Very pretty view. Accommodations were nice. A few suggestions: 1) lip of the coffee pot was broken 2) mold on curtain in upstairs bathroom 3) Samsung TV remote didn’t work. Was missing th back plate on it.

Good Budget friendly stay

Property was nice and on the water. When we arrived there was wet towels left in the closet which didn’t bother us we just threw them in the washing machine and cleaned them. We were supposed to have two parking passes and we’re only left one. The last tenants were suppose to leave there’s but didn’t. Not really managements fault. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Will reserve again next year

Ok stay

Spring breakers consumed the beach. Cleanliness of the room was below par. Top of fridge, microwave, pillows on couch, and blinds were not clean. Location would have been nice minus the college spring breakers in that location! Pool was on the road side which didn't get much sun.

Multiple issues staying here

Very difficult to get door code, back door wouldn’t open. Then BIG leak in master bathroom out the light fixture and Sheetrock. Multiple people/plumbers sent multiple times without calling ahead. Some were very rude. None of them fixed the leak. We stopped using the upstairs bathroom all together. Never heard anything back from them.
