During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

This corner condo offers peeks of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the surrounding Seagrove Beach community. Features of the condo include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry. Additional sleeping can be found on the queen sofa bed. The bedrooms offer access to the balcony.



Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the two pickleball courts.

Great condo and location!!!!

We had an amazing week at the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was located almost beachfront. It is a corner condo that has awesome beach views. It is close to a lot of great restaurants, just a short drive or bike ride away. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Relaxing place with nice view

We only had a few days to get away to the beach and this property was perfect. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and nice views. The beach is huge and beautiful. Beach chairs and bikes were included and very easy to get (although I heard summer is a lot busier). The furnishings in this unit were very nice and the primary bed and bath were beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. This part of town is a little quieter than other parts but an easy bike ride to restaurants. Would come back for sure.

The floors needed mopping...need more silverware ...a few more dishes and lots and pans ...please check all the remotes and label them to which tv..we could only get one channel..some had no batteries..baths were fine..beds were good...need. more wine glasses..only had 3 mismatched ones..need a cookie sheet and some pans and skillets that will sit level on the stove top..

Beach Stay

Overall the stay was nice; however, the floors didn't look clean. Found other peoples hair in multiple areas of the home. Screen door on the balcony was broken so wasn't able to keep the door open with a 2 year old running around. Hot water ran out within 7-8 mins of minimal use. Water heater is small and needs to be a big capacity for a vacation rental with dynamic set of people. Grout in bathroom had some of discolor which isn't appealing. Drain O is needed in all tubs and sinks. Minor things but the location is great to a private beach area. I would def stay here again but a few minor things to address to make the place great.
