The Space:

This light-infused, fifth-floor condo is situated in peaceful Perdido Key and offers a panoramic view of the serene coastal environment. You'll love the big view of the Gulf and white-sand beaches both from the living room and the main bedroom, which has its own balcony access. Simply step out of bed in the morning right onto your private balcony to watch the sun rise over the gleaming Gulf water. The primary bath has a Jacuzzi-style tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a northerly view of the tropically landscaped grounds.



Further adding to the peacefulness of your vacation is that this condo is within walking distance of the Gulf Islands National Seashore beach, part of a National Park that has been protected for more than 40 years.



If birding is on your agenda, the beaches, dunes, freshwater marshes, maritime forests and salt marshes of this park attract more than 300 species of birds. Gulf Islands National Seashore is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, and keep your eyes peeled for pine warblers, pelicans, gulls and various other shorebirds during your visit.



With walls painted in soothing earth tones, this condo has space for up to eight guests in its three-bedroom, three-bath layout, which also includes a sofa bed in the living room. An open floor plan invites conversation and togetherness as you gaze at the beautiful view of the beach below. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There's even a cute little breakfast nook with a view tucked into a corner window.



The complex features two outdoor pools, a boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor hot tub, tennis courts and an exercise room. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.
