Beautiful, historical villa "Stolzenfels", 3 storeys, renovated in 2024. 12 apartments in the residence. In the centre 300 m from the centre of Sellin, 6 km from the centre of Göhren, 12 km from the centre of Binz, residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 800 m2. Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lift. Breakfast possible (extra). Parking (extra) on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 500 m, bakery, café 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Nearby attractions: Seebrücke 900 m.
