The unit does NOT have a washer and dryer as advertised, and the dishwasher was missing the main knob. Otherwise, everything was as expected for the price.

Beach renters beware!because the condo did not match the amenities advertised. The listing stated that a washer and dryer were available, but there was no washer or dryer in the unit. Additionally, the dishwasher was broken and unusable during our stay.Cleanliness was also a concern. The shower curtain had visible mold, and there was mold around the bathtub faucet, which made the bathroom feel unclean and poorly maintained.Accurate listings and proper upkeep are important when choosing a vacation rental. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We had issues (1 of the toilets needed a new float, the main tv Roku was messed up and the pull out couch was broken and we couldn’t push it back in) and I had to make multiple calls and someone didn’t come and check on the issues till the next afternoon and 2 of the issues (toilet and tv)were finally taken care of at close to 9pm on our 2nd day after I was told someone would be there first thing that morning so I stayed and waited and missed out on family time.

The following items were not satisfactory: - The power cord on the Roku was missing. Couldn’t watch TV in the living room. - The photos showing the place had a washer and dryer in them. There wasn’t a washer and dryer in the suite.- The toilet by the shower was broken. When you flushed it kept running. I had to open up the bowl and put the stop back into place so the toilet would stop running. - There wasn’t hot water in the kitchen sink. - The dryer vent was pulled off the wall and just laying on the balcony when we arrived. - I checked the air filter and it hadn’t been replaced in quite some time. Very dirty.
