When we checked in to the house there was still sand all over the floors and the tables were sticky. bathrooms were not super clean either. i feel as if the house is listed as more up to date than it really is and that it is quite out dated for the price. also, the house had basically nothing like the other houses in the neighborhood, no wagon like all of the other houses had, no beach chairs or beach towels. no a necessity just a nice addition especially when every other house in the neighborhood has these out and labeled with what house they go with.

Thank you, Nealeigh, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the home did not meet your expectations upon check-in. That shouldn’t have happened, and we take this seriously. Our goal is to provide a consistently comfortable and welcoming environment for all our guests. We also understand your concerns about the amenities. While we strive to offer a unique experience, we recognize that having beach gear can enhance your stay, and we’re sorry that this was lacking during your visit. We’re always looking for ways to improve and will certainly take your suggestions into account. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We’re committed to making every stay better than the last and would love the opportunity to provide you with the experience you deserve.

The dryer didn’t work the entire time we were there and no one offered to provide fresh linens or laundry service. While the dryer would heat clothes would not dryer due to air flow issue from the first time we used it.
