We took a trip to Pensacola to deliver our son stationed at NAS. This location was close to the base but also a slice of heaven. We enjoyed every minute. The place was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Local seafood market made for perfect Gulf Shore dinners. Pool is perfect for families. Would definitely recommend.

This unit was spotless and had a great location! The beach is maybe .5 miles away and the pool is 2 blocks. The bikes were an added bonus (would satisfy all ages!) The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking! The restaurant at the Beach club has delicious food and a great atmosphere! 5 star rating for sure! If you have a problem walking stairs this may be your only issue...

Great property . Bikes were definitely a huge plus . Very clean . Gold stars to cleaning company. Issue with the ceiling fan and overhead lights stayed on together or off together so that was unfortunate. Made it hard to sleep when overhead light had to be on in order for the fan to run

Overall decent for the price

The townhouse looks like the pictures. Location was amazing, and the amenities were a huge plus! Two cons: 1) The living room and patio furniture are not comfortable for hanging out. It's just worn down and cheap. 2) When you're talking to the property manager, it was like talking to an automated system. It made check-in and check-out easy, but dealing with a specific issue just was very unhelpful. For example, the trash in the garage was full and smelt awful / covered in flies, and we just had to take care of it ourselves.
