The Space:

This wonderful unit has a coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit B406 has been professionally designed with comfort and style. Decorated in wonderful shades of green, blue, and yellow this unit radiates charm. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

3 day Thanksgiving visit

We rented this 2bd/2.5ba condo and we're blown away by the amenities and location in relationship to the beach and restaurants. Hot tubs, pools, lazy river, kids waterslide and play area. Walkway directly from pools to the beach. Balcony view was incredible. Both bedrooms had private balcony doors as well. Very nice place. We hope to be able to go again soon.

Great place

Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was everything we needed. Condo was comfy and provided my family a great home away from home. Location within waterscape was AWESOME. Overlooked the lazy river and full beach view. My only complaint was that the air filter was so dirty that our air conditioner was struggling to keep cool. The closet door in the extra bedroom didn’t slide open and close (was stuck) which wasn’t a huge deal because my daughters didn’t use it anyway. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Waterscape Beach Vacay

This property was very nice and well decorated. Great view of the beach and ocean. Things that we did not like, how small the bunk room was, no tv and only a curtain for door. The tv in the living room did not have good quality sound and had to be operated at the tv. The Roman shades on the windows were also inoperable. Those things could be improved, however overall, it was a nice place to stay on our family vacation.

Waterscape was great. Unit was not well stocked.

Waterscape was amazing. Pools were great. Activities they had planned were great. Unit was very clean but not very well stocked. Missing several everyday things that have been in every other VRBP we've stayed in. UnitB406 We did not have enough blankets for everyone, no hangers, no blow dryer. Kitchen had very minimal items. There were no baking sheets or crock pot. There weren't even any coffee filters or salt and pepper to get us started for the week. Had to improvise alot in the kitchen. Other than that it was great. Very clean and a fun place to stay.
