The Space:

this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating. This beautiful home is decorated with coastal blues, greens, and reds and offers many amenities including beautifully tiled floor throughout. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a round table in the dining area with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, ottoman/twin bed convertible, desk, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, seating nook, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Best location and property!

This was an amazing place to stay! The location is wonderful for beach access and the property is beautiful. The condo was very clean and very nice. In the listing, it stated a queen size and twin size bed. The queen size bed was a pullout couch, which was very nice. The twin size bed, however, was another pull out and it was very uncomfortable. It just wasn’t very clear to me in the listing and wish I would have known ahead of time.

Great view!

The property had a way better view than what i expected! The condo was clean and the waterscape resort as a whole was so amazing. The pools were fun but so cold, all but the 1 heated pool on the second level. Everything was as you would hope with no issues!

Fall Break Stay

This condo was great our fall break trip. It was plenty of space for myself and husband plus our 4 and 1 year old. The condo has most everything you need, but there are no spices or other nonparishable cooking supplies. There is also only enough detergent, trash bags, and laundry soap for a couple of loads. I didn’t know that when checking in or I would have brought more of those. I do wish the vacuum/broom were of a little better quality to do a better job keeping up with the constant tracking in of sand, but that’s minor.

Wow!

Just wow! The level of cleanliness was top notch. There were no dusty corners or gritty sand from the previous guests, the tub and shower were both spotless. The kitchen itself was squeaky clean. I brought my own pans for cooking but didn't need to for theirs were in good working condition. The bed slept great and the unit was very nicely furnished with a tasteful, fun atmosphere. The patio had a great view of the pool area with a partial beach view. The Waterscape grounds were well maintained as well as the pool areas and a cool lazy river. Beach access was easy and on the days I was there, Sept.10-14, their beach service was more than adequate for the number of guests. I would not think twice about coming here again. Absolutely yes! OMG! If you hike 1.7 miles east of the condo, you can practically have a beautiful beach to yourself. Bring rain gear for pop up storms.
