The Space:

This condo has a wonderful view from the fourth floor of the Gulf of Mexico. Decorated with red and green and the occasional hints of black, this unit radiate beach charm. This unit offers stylish furnishings, colorful artwork, and custom draperies. Unit B405 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All utensils, cookware, and tableware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large bar top table with seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, large TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a modern king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom also features a small nook with seating.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great access to the beach as well as a larger pool and lazy river. Our place was very comfortable for our large family with sleeping options for everyone.

Perfect family unit!

We love this complex with multiple pools for all ages and direct access to the beach. This unit was very well kept and the perfect size for our family of 5. Has everything you need in terms of basics and I would definitely recommend

This was a very last minute decision to getaway for a few days . Check in was a breeze , condo was very clean and spacious. The pool area was very nice. My family and I were very pleased ☺

Beach Trip

A very spacious place. Needs some TLC on maintenance to the room but very nice place. The place smelt like fish. Could not get the smell out with doors open for our whole stay from the tenants prior. We loved the view.

You’ll love it here

Great property with view of the beach. And, this area is not over commercialized (fewer people on the beach too). The pool and lazy river are nice touches that make it feel like you’re at a resort. **If you drink coffee, the machine uses 12-cup flat bottom filters, which are not provided. The kitchen is well equipped.

We enjoyed our time here tremendously! The beach, pools and overall facility met our standards. The only thing that was disappointing was the internet service...we often were unable to connect to WiFi or we would get kicked off of WiFi and therefore downloading anything was very slow or didn’t work at all.

The condo was furnished well. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well. The view was perfect! There was some water damage in the bathrooms to the trim. Lots of dust under the furniture. Under the bunk beds needed cleaned badly.

Great, but minor improvements suggested

Overall we enjoyed this condo. The view of the beach and ocean was absolutely beautiful!! It was the first thing I noticed walking into the condo!! The only complaints we had were there was not a remote to the main bedroom that controlled the tv. We had to share the remote from the living room. It was hard to find extra towels and the trash bags in the condo. Might be easier for people to know where everything is if there’s a paper stating where things and extras are located. Lastly being a first timer to this resort it was a bit difficult to navigate where exactly our condo was once pulling into the parking lot. We had to park and walk around the facility before knowing exactly where to park and go to get to our room. May have been easier coming while the front desk is open, but if you come later you’re on your own. Kind of hard to get there when the front desk is open though when you can’t check in till 4 and they close right at 5. Found out later on that we could have used the facilities and then checked into our room at 4, but we were already there when we found that out. Maybe send only one email/text with instructions instead of multiple.
