In the heart of the bishop’s city of Bressanone (Brixen), centrally located near the charming old town, is the "Nice Living" residence. The 42 m² "Nice 1" apartment features an open-plan living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom. This modern apartment overlooks the city’s lanes and accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. On request and free of charge, a crib and high chair can be provided. Thanks to its ideal location, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport are all nearby. The beautiful historic center with boutiques and shops is just steps away. The BrixenCard is exclusively available to all "Nice Living" guests at no extra cost. It grants unlimited use of all South Tyrolean public transport, free entry to most museums, and access to the Acquarena wellness center (950 m away). Right outside the door is a connection to Mount Plose, 8.5 km away, known for hiking trails and ski slopes.
