The Space:

This rental is located on the Fort Morgan, Alabama peninsula at the Gulf Shores Plantation. This ground floor condo features a full kitchen with plenty of seating for dining with the whole family! Once you walk out onto the furnished balcony, you may decide to take a few steps more to the boardwalk to relax on the beach for the afternoon. The Gulf Shores Plantation also offers six shared pools just steps away, a dry sauna, basketball court, tennis court, and shuffleboard!

Gulf Shores Plantation is tucked just a little over 12 miles down Fort Morgan in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located at the entrance to the condos. If you are getting hungry and looking for a taste of what the locals eat, grab a bite at Sassy Bass located on-site near the Dunes building. You are also only a short drive back into town where you'll find mini golf, shopping, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and much more!

Absolutely Darling

We rented this condo for my son’s birthday weekend. He lives to swim so the indoor pool was perfect. The condo was fantastic. Clean, cute and great location. We will definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect for our needs. We had tennis, golf, beach, and food all nearby. The downside was the lack of sheets/bedding for the pullout couch. One out of four towels was dirty, but this was fixed quickly. We never got a fitted sheet for the couch mattress. Since there is a rule for not hanging towels over the railing, they could easily add some outdoor hooks. We had a really good time.

Stay was great! Nice private, not far to go get essentials! Needed bigger bed for master room! Twin beds not comfortable either! Sleeping was not good! Everything else was great!

Pleasant weekend trip

We really enjoyed our long weekend trip. This was our first time to this property. I enjoyed the slower pace than Gulf Shores but still a quick trip into town for dinner. Only two minor items for feedback. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and the coffee maker is on the low end and the curtains don’t block the outside parking lot lights very well. Otherwise a really nice property. Updated and clean.

Needs updating!

Needs updating bad. Electrical outlets are wore out. Need to stock more essentials, can opener, oven mits, balcony door, need dishwasher safe plates, also had gnats and ants as well. We love staying on plantation east, but everything is getting really run down. Main pool closes at dark every night too. Might be our last time at east. This was our third time.
