Unit 4207 is located at the Resort in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. The condo is on the 2nd floor adjacent to the evelvator and indoor pool. This newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath with sectional sofa sleeps 6. Everything refurnished in 2023. Great beachfront condo with Wi-Fi internet and cable, wall mounted TV in both b/r's and l/r. Lots of amenities including 2 beach front pools new indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, laundry facility, basketkball court, tennis court, shuffle board, picnic area with grill, and Sassy Bass restaurant on site for drinks by the pool and eat in dining. 24 hr. Security Guard at gate. There is plenty of free parking at this facility.

This complex has large amount of beachfront with plenty of room to spread out. Beach chair/umbrella rentals available on site. Located adjacent to Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Great for long weekend get a way or family vacation. Address is 400 Plantation Rd. Gulf Shores, Al 36542 Unit #4207 Bldg. 4 Plantation East the second floor next to the stairs and elevator. Had all the amenities for a beach vacation

The property was clean and updated. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was included. The holidays were responsive and accommodating. The pools were a nice addition to our stay. My only complaint was the wifi speed, which was mediocre, at best. Otherwise, I would happily stay there again.

Love it !

We have stayed at the Plantation several times, this is one of my favorite properties. The unit has most everything you may need for a great stay. Beach/ pool toys, 2 chairs, beach towels, small cooler, pots, pans, dishes and more. Owners communicated very fast and seemed so nice. Unit was very clean and well kept. Will definitely be looking here for future trips.

We enjoyed our stay at the plantation. It was supper clean, and the location was great! Away from the heavy traffic. Highly recommend this for a family trip! Will definitely book again!

Great condo. Great location. All the amenities you need. Really happy there was a washer/dryer in the unit. Condo was clean. Just the right size for 3-4 people or more. Excellent price for rental as well.

Great Condo

This was a wonderful condo and vacation experience. The deco is very unique and upscale. The owners are vey friendly and accommodating. One of the few units in the complex that has a washer and dryer. I have stayed in many units in this complex and this is by far one of the best.

We visit the area several times a year, but this was our first time renting this unit. We had the best Spring vacation here. The condo was clean and updated. The resort amenities are great, but the amenities within the unit were even better. These hosts thought of everything, even supplying beach chairs, toys and towels for guests use. We really had everything we needed right there. The hosts were also fabulous at accommodating our dates and replying promptly, even allowing an early check in. We couldn’t be more pleased and are already planning our next trip!

Perfectly Peaceful

Fort Morgan is a little further down than Gulf Shores, but that was very nice as it is LOT less congested. Everything you would need for an enjoyable stay is there, even a wagon to take to the beach with sand shovels, buckets, and a little cooler. The owners are very personable and truly extend themselves to make sure everything goes smoothly. We didn't use any of the amenities of the complex, but the you can't beat the access to the beach!!! LOVED our stay there.

Extremely Clean, great location, quick access to beach

This rental was perfect for me and my husband. Another couple backed out but there would have been plenty of room for both couple or a small family. The resort has around the clock security at the gate which is nice. We arrived very late at night and presented our form for parking/entry and did not have any issues. The condo’s private crosswalk to the beach is super convenient. This resort would be a perfect fit for couples or families. We will definitely consider booking again.

Great for a quiet beach vacation

The condo was so incredibly clean!! It’s hard to get all the sand from a beach property but they did an amazing job. The place looked immaculate! We loved being walking distance to the beach. The beach itself was pretty amazing and very well maintained. Amenities were exactly as described. The kids took advantage of then pools hot tum and basketball courts. Everything you would need included beach chairs and additional towels were provided. If you are looking for a quiet beach vacation off the beaten path this is the place to come.

We loved it!

A lot of thought went into this condo. They had everything we could possibly need and more. This was our first beach vacation with our 2 young kids (3 years and almost 2) and this condo made it easy to manage. There was a wagon to take to the beach and toys for the kids and so much more. Plus the laundry in the unit made our lives much easier. The Plantation is a bit of drive from most restaurants but there is plenty to do without ever leaving. I would highly recommend this condo if you are staying at the Plantation.

Hard to leave

First of all, the owners were wonderful to work with! They really make sure that you have a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we could need! Loved all the beach accessories that were available! The beach was just a quick walk across the boardwalk. The Kiva Plantation grounds itself had plenty to do for the whole family. There was much to do in the area besides the beach. We took a dolphin cruise, visited the naval station in Pensacola, visited the state park,went to the beach at night to catch crabs and enjoyed many wonderful restaurants in the area.We had a wonderful stay and it was very hard to leave. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean & updated. The decor was even decorated for the season which was nice. The pictures of the condo are accurate. There is a partial gulf view from the deck. There was a kurig, 2 tubs, beach chairs & towels & other beach items which we liked & appreciated. Appliances were handy & nice! The bed & couch were comfortable! It says it sleeps 6 which mean 2 on the sectional couch. The beach was nice & clean. The only restaurant within walking distance is Sassy Bass & we thought it was good! It can be slow but keep in mind it’s the only restaurant right there. There’s an adult pool, family pool & inside pool with a separate hot tub. I would stay there again for sure!

Milton or Brenda Presley’s Property

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Milton or Brenda Presley’s property at The Plantation. The property was clean, neat and decorated sooooo cute. Plus the condo property was well maintained and the beach was so private and clean. We had a minor and I emphasize minor issue with toilet. Mr. Presley called and checked on us to see what we needed in a timely manner. We will definitely consider rebooking next year when my son's baseball team plays in yearly tournament. This property was situated perfectly between all attractions and the fields we needed to get to. Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Hope to see ya next year!!!

Had a wonderful second stay

The condo was updated with new furniture and was very nice. Brenda was responsive on the questions we had. It is the little touches that make the biggest difference. The dishwasher, washer, dryer, and stocked kitchen make all the difference. Everything was really clean. I like that Plantation is away from town and much quieter. Even when driving to town, we weren't that far and the road wasn't busy. Everyone we met was really nice. There was security patrolling the property making sure rules were being followed. There were plenty of toys and a beach wagon. We didn't have to buy anything. We are looking forward to our next stay.

This place is amazing!!

This condo was even more lovely in real life! We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and being on the beach in minutes. The entire rental was *incredibly* clean, and it had everything we (family with young child) needed for a home away from home. They even had a darling beach closet set up with things you’d need at the beach—we loved the boogie board! They had all the kitchen appliances and tools you’d use in your own home. Bonus: being on second floor made it super easy to access. The location is great with several yummy restaurants close (one in walking distance!). The property is away from the traffic and crowds of the main drag, but close enough to easily go in for fun. The resort was clean and well maintained, and we loved the choice of pools. At times we had the beach almost to ourselves despite it being spring break. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had all the information to check in. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. I have been coming to Gulf Shores Plantation since I was a child, and I will definitely return to this unit!!

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property. Overall, the condo was great and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The place can use a bit of an update. It was just a great condo for our trip. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great location - away from the crowds - Beautiful sandy white beaches - with plenty of room to spread out - and so many amenities! We love to eat at The Sassy Bass Beach Restaurant on-site after a nice long day at the Beach. And then relax in the indoor pool/hot tub before retiring to bed for the night!

What makes this property unique

Building 4 The Resort is a new building. Everything in our unit is new. As well all the extras that our complex offers. Great for a short Get-Away or a family vacation. Hope you will Love it as much as we do!
