Bergstraße Apartment (75 m²) with a balcony

Our 65-square-meter holiday rental for four people will be completely renovated in the summer of 2021. For this reason, we do not currently have any recent photos of the bedrooms or living room. Our holiday rental features two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), a large closet, and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven with a hob, a refrigerator, and a CD/MP3/radio player. There is a dining area with seating for four where you can enjoy a delicious meal. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom (shower and toilet). The living room features a sofa area with a small table, cable TV, and a seating area for six people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in our apartment, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. In the summer, you can use the large balcony to relax. Up to two parking spaces are available. To ensure your ski boots dry quickly in the winter, we’ve installed a ski boot dryer for you in our ski storage room. Payment is made via bank transfer in advance. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance must be transferred at least two weeks before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3.50 EUR per person/night will be charged separately. A cot is available upon request.
