Small oasis in the old town of Erfurt

A small, cosy, and high-quality holiday apartment, centrally located yet quiet. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Anger, the Fish Market, Cathedral Square, Krämerbrücke, and the ICE train station. The apartment is non-smoking. It was completely renovated in 2020 and furnished with high-quality furniture. The hallway, kitchen, and living room are open-concept. The bathroom has a window and high-quality fixtures. It was also completely retiled in a modern style in 2020. Since the kitchen is integrated into the living room, it has been designed to be cosy (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator are fully integrated), both in terms of colour scheme and the design of the upper cabinets. The kitchen is rounded out with a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a stylish range hood that doubles as both a range hood and a light source. An electrically height-adjustable table with 2 height-adjustable bar stools makes for a cosy breakfast. You can wind down the evening on the cosy corner couch. An internet-enabled TV (mounted on the wall and rotatable to face the viewer) and a radio with Wi-Fi, DAB, and Bluetooth provide entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 m wide four-poster bed. It is complemented by a wall shelf above the headboard and another on one side. Next to the bed are two adjustable reading lamps with USB ports for charging devices such as cell phones. The built-in closet provides space for your clothes. Bicycles can be stored in the locked basement if needed, or you can use two provided bicycles—complete with helmets and bike locks—free of charge, shared with another holiday rental in the building.
The holiday rental received a 3-star rating in the DTV classification.
Erfurt is easily and quickly accessible by train from all parts of Germany. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the train station to the holiday rental.
Parking is available on the street (limited and subject to a fee) or in the F1 car park, or nearby (a 5- to 10-minute walk) for free. I’d be happy to provide tips on this upon your arrival.
