Great Location, Nice Stay!

This condo is located in a gated community. Directions to access are easy to follow. The access code to enter the home is a tad long, but not terrible.The condo itself has two large bedrooms on-suites. They have king size beds, which are mostly comfortable. My family enjoyed the stay.

Two king beds was nice. Great ice maker and recliner was comfortable. Very limited cooking supplies for a place that sleeps 6. Inside property could really use a good bit of TLC; easy fixes that would show that the owners or management company cared about the quality of people’s stay.

Overall very nice

Nice property, wonderful location. Condo is a bit dated. Very quiet and peaceful- very nice grounds. We had plenty of room when our friends came to stay with us. We needed an extra quilt on our first night. The one king sized quilt was badly stained so we did not use it. The deadbolt on the front door was missing. Otherwise, very nice.

That said, we apologize for the cleanliness details missed with the comforter and our local manager assured us that it has been cleaned. Additionally, they noted that the deadbolt was intentionally removed because it was no longer needed with the new lock that was installed. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and hope to host you again soon.

We really enjoyed the space. There was plenty for my husband and me. There were a few hiccups along the way. We were not given the gate code when given our access code. We had to pull out of the way and wait for a response. They were fairly quick at getting back to us on that. We thought we had to stop at my main office to check in since the day before check in we received a message saying we had to stop to pay for parking pass. No one was there when we got there. (Called office #) they said just go to unit. Come pay tomorrow. No pool code was given. Had to call customer service. They have the wrong code on file. Thankfully someone let us in.We had a ballast go out in light that supplies majority of light to kitchen. It took 2 days to get that fixed. Had to cook with very little light. Not great communication on this part.Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would stay here again. Not far from beaches and food. Lots of space to relax. They do have a blender if that is something you need. (It doesn’t show in amenities) beds were comfortable as well.
