Host was very responsive and helpful. Was easy to contact prior and during our trip for any concerns. House was well stocked and set up for our large group. Main complaint was the living room has 3 tvs but only one worked and had a remote. We got 2 roku sticks for the other 2 tvs but one of the tvs wouldnt turn on. Also could not find remotes for some of the bedrooms and the beds on the topbunks of the bunk rooms were not made. Overall though the house was perfect for our vacation, the pool, boardwalk and elevator were the highlights of the house and were the most useful. Having 2 fridges, 2 microwaves and 2 stoves definitely came in handy as well as the ice machine and 2 sinks. Location was great, close enough to the stores and restaurants off of gulf pkwy but far enough to feel private. There was construction next door so having the noise from that was a little obnoxious while we were in the pool but if you were inside or on the beach you wouldn't even notice. We would definitely stay again.
