The condo was great and we had an awesome trip. The only complaint I had from anyone in my family was that my mom could feel the springs on the pull out sofa bed and it was hurting her back so she went to Walmart and got a foam matress cover for her to use on it which she needed one at home anyway so it worked out. Other than that, everything was great. The condo was very clean, check in was very easy, and no one bothered us.

The location was perfect, and we loved how close and accessible everything was. With there only being one elevator, there never was an issue! The accessibility to the beach was great! The condo was just as pictured, however the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival could’ve been better. Also, the vacuum was not working good when I was trying to clean up the sand daily! Would be nice if more than 2 laundry pods and 2 trash cans were provided. The communication with the host was fast and timely!

Everything about this vacation was excellent. The condo was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The best part however was the view of the ocean. The balcony was amazing. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great weekend family trip!

Condo was very clean. Bed was comfy. It was cloudy and windy so the heated pool was a hit for the kids. Great view from balcony. Great place to stay!

Worst experience ever. We come to beach 10 to 15 times a year. No communication from host!!!!! Check in 4 pm. I had not received a code to get in the room. I called.VRBO at 4 from my car. 20 minutes later I got a code at 4:30. I was worried that we didn't have a room. Several others had the same issue. I asked for wifi access and almost 24 hours later go a text. Info about parking pass incorrect in the app. No extra blanket for the pullout couch. We received no instructions on check out. Supposed this unit switched from Vacasa to Avari. I will never rent from Avari again. I don't trust them.
