We love coming to this area for our family vacations! Great location and right on the beach. Very comfortable beds & power showers!Owners do a lovely job with decor! I have stayed at several condos and beach houses before and I really like this one. I will stay here again. It was clean and nice to stay in. Close to restaurants and shopping. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. The place has everything you need.

Orange Beach 2024

We were there for my grand-daughter's softball tournament. The condo definitely met and exceeded all our expectations and we will for sure try to book again next year. It was just as described and the deck was the deciding factor. We loved the view and being able to relax there. Also having the recliner was a plus for my husband.

Very nice place, located right on beach. Had to purchase unbrellas and beach chairs, that were either not put out for us and/or were so far away from Blue Water, almost wasn't worth the trek. I like the idea of not having to clean everything before leaving, just make sure dishes are washed dried and put back on place

Loved EVERYTHING about this condo and would stay here again! The staff in property were fantastic. Only issue was communication with the management company (Vacasa). Emails sent in advance with questions were never answered and hold times when calling were over an hour.

2 bedroom beach front condo

The unit itself was exactly what we thought it would be and had great spaces for us all, however communication with Vacasa was Impossible. Received a number from them to text with any problems and concerns and they would never reply. The unit is wonderful and the view and beach access are perfect, but don’t expect any help if anything goes wrong.

Elevators and small units

We got stuck in the elevator three times over our week stay. I contacted management and alerted them to the issue. It was never fixed because other guests had the same issue. Also, being inside the elevator for any amount of time, there was no air flow. The trash and maintenance area is an eye sore, it’s directly on the path walking back from the beach. Our condo was clean and pictures were accurate. We did enjoy the smaller condo building size related to the amount of guests on the beach. But, the condo is small for what we paid compared to others we have stayed at in the past. The large balcony was nice, beds were comfortable, and we didn’t have any issue with noise from other condos. The elevators being spotty about working was an issue, since we were on the 12th floor. We took the stairs many times over our stay.
