Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location and view was beautiful. The unit we stayed in needed some deep cleaning and some updates. The unit also needs a lock from the inside on the door. We were all girls and having a digital lock on the outside and no lock from the inside was bothersome. It needs some kind of latch to lock at night. The property itself could also use some updates but this did not effect our stay. Over all we had a great vacation!

Great place poor housekeeping

The glass doors did not lock, which was dangerous for our four young children. There was sand in our bed the first night and all over the floor when we first arrived. We believe there was no pryor housekeeping. The pool area needed daily cleaning around it and the indoor pool was disgusting . Big globs of hair and even a used tampon was lying on the edge of the pool.

Debbie - we are so sorry that you had housekeeping issues when you arrived. We would have loved an opportunity to come and re-clean the beds and floors to make it right during your stay. We also could have come and checked the door locks on the sliding glass doors. I am so sorry that those didn't work. First thing I found when arriving was dirty underwear in master bedroom closet dirty snot rag on chair mold on shower curtains both bathrooms black mold around air vents pan under kitchen sink running over into floor front leak in sink. Satellite TV had very poor reception most channels didn't even work nice location but room was not impressive

We made it work

Condo in poor repair and low on cleanliness. -several lights not working -outlets not functional -parts in the shower broken -dryer barely working and very much needed cleaning -mildew on the shower curtains and tile -run down elevators with an overpowering air freshener to cover up mildew -furniture dirty -beds all really squeaky and uncomfortable Poorly stocked -two dishwasher tabs and two trash bags for a week long stay -shampoo ran out 1/2 way through the week -mismatched old dishes, like they are stocking from Goodwill -not enough forks -pans in very poor condition -not enough blankets The back porch was nice and had pretty good furniture. The TVs all worked well. The ice maker was nice. Beach access and indoor pool/hottub were the best features. We made it work, but with so many other options, I wouldn’t stay there again.
