This first-floor condo is located on the Gulf on the East End, and features pool access, a boardwalk to Gulf, and a grassy common area leading down to the water. Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout, a beautiful sunroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen.



The open floor plan includes the living room with plenty of seating and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home. Sliding glass doors open to the common area and lovely view of the Gulf. A short walk leads to the swimming pool and boardwalk extending to the Gulf waters.
