Come slow down in the small town of Rincon - famous for our surfing and beautiful sandy beaches.
This unit sleeps 4 total with one queen sized bed and full sized futon, open kitchen and private wrap around deck. Access to a shared outdoor patio with bbq grill and dining table.
10 min walk or 2 min drive to our local beach "Playa de los Almendros".
The space:
This bright and airy studio offers an open floor plan with a peninsula style island. Our space is kept simple and clean where you will feel comfortable and excited to explore all Rincon has to offer.
Guest access
Full access to driveway, wraparound deck, shaded outdoor patio area with dining table & BBQ grill and clothesline to dry wet items.
Other things to note
As with much of the island, we are subject to the rare outage of power, water and wifi. We have a backup water cistern for emergency water, however, water pressure will be lessened and mindful usage is strongly encouraged. If this occurs, no refunds will be given.
