Restored over six years with original wood trim, hand-painted murals by American Impressionists, and the kind of craftsmanship that doesn't exist anymore. Sleeps 20 across 7 bedrooms and lux sofas. Victorian rustic done right — dark wood, real patina, crisp linen, no pretense. Boathouse, picnic pavilion, water views in every direction. Boat access only. Featured in TIME and HGTV. The real thing.
