Living and dining area, a kitchen and a bath room with shower and toilet are on the ground floor. The house has an own terrace with garden and an parking space.

Das Häuschen war von der Ausstattung her genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die gute Ausstattung für den Freisitz hat uns begeistert. Dank des passenden Wetters konnten wir diesen beschaulichen ruhigen Fleck in vollem Umfang genießen. Die ganze Anlage mit dem alten Baumbestand wirkt sehr gepflegt. Die An-und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Gerne einmal wieder.

Liebes Team des FewoParks, lieber Vermieter! Wir (2 Erw. und 2 Kinder 6+10) waren eine Woche bei euch. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit sehr schönem Wetter. Alle Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hatten gute Tipps. Die Kinder sind immer gerne hingegangen, da gab es immer eine Kleinigkeit Süßes ;-). vor Allem der Tipp die Gästekarte für den kostenlosen Bus zu nutzen war sehr wertvoll. Wir haben lediglich ein Mal zur Besichtigung der Rheinfälle das Auto genutzt. Mit dem Bus fahren ist sehr praktisch und wir hatten keinen Parkplatzstress. Das kleine Nurdachhaus Nr. 56 war vom neuen Eigentümer frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Wir waren tatsächlich die ersten Gäste und bekamen ein Willkommensgeschenk in Form eines Gutscheins für ein Kaffee in der Nähe von Friedrichshafen. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut und haben ihn am nächsten Tag auch direkt eingelöst. Auch die Neu gemachte Terrasse und die tolle Sitzgelegenheit im Gartenbereich sind sehr schön geworden und wir konnten sie fast täglich zum Frühstücken und natürlich auch zum Grillen nutzen. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und sind nach 7 Tagen etwas traurig wieder abgereist. Wir freuen uns aber auf einen nächsten Urlaub, da kommen wir sicher wieder in den Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad. Viele Grüße aus Südhessen von Familie Jakob/Neumann :-)
