Right in front of BAT, very close to Hospital metro station.
Near Chepevera, Obispado, San Jerónimo, and Mitras Sur.
Access to public parking:
There are more than 10 parking spaces on Avenida Colón.
You can park if there is any free space.
Access to building parking:
There is only one access at the corner of Colón-Artículo 123.
Access is controlled by a security booth.
It is necessary to go up ramps to park in the parking spaces.
Access to the building on foot:
There is a door on Av. Colón that says `Torre Oriente.`
We have a driver! Excellent option for transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation during your stay.
Subject to availability, and the cost depends on the distance.
As per the building`s security and access protocol, it is necessary to present an official identification for each guest that matches the data provided via Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host.
4. Parties are prohibited, as well as wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. In case of stains, an additional cleaning or replacement fee will be charged.
6. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if stained, whether by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. In case of damage to furniture and/or inventory, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking spot may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Cards and/or keys must be left in the location specified by the host.
14. An additional charge will be applied if electricity consumption exceeds the agreed amount.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules of each amenity must be respected, which are listed in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the photos of the listing.
3. Grills and study rooms are not available for Airbnb guests.
4. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
**FINES**
Due to the high cost of electricity, regular and responsible use in this house is 20 kWh per day. Please keep this in mind. If the consumption increases at the end of your stay, a fee of $4.00 MXN (0.14 USD) per kWh will be charged to your account.
Violating any point of the rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Item value (If not notified to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 will apply).
Damage to property: Material value + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
