The chef’s kitchen, open living spaces, wet bars, laundry on two levels, and complimentary Wi-Fi make this home ideal for families or groups. Jet ski and parasailing rentals are nearby, and easy access to the Matanzas Bridge makes exploring Sanibel, downtown Fort Myers, and the airport a breeze. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles (garage use allowed, parking inside not permitted).

The boat lift and Jet ski lift is not for guest use.
