Also available on furnished finder. This pleasant mobile home features 2 queen beds, offering plenty of space for a restful stay. Guests enjoy 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and bidet for added comfort. The interior stays cozy with heating and AC, making it perfect no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for the day with a hair dryer and iron, everything you need is right here. Fall in love with Escondido and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Pickleball, Tennis , Bocce Ball, Line Dancing, Chair Yoga, Golf practice, Swimming pool, jacuzzi ALL on Site!! Dances and games galore, a plethora of activities on site waiting for you! We are retired and live in San Diego . We enjoy motorhome trips, playing pickle ball riding our bike bikes, and being with our family that lives here.

Why they chose this property

Champagne village is a fabulous 55+ community with so many activities. You may not feel like you’re retired.. We love the friends we have made here playing pickle ball with them, dances, the pool, playing bocce ball. There’s a hiking club, a birdwatching club line, dance lessons, card nights, game nights, pool hall, library, bunco, exercise classes, swimming classes too many things to list.!

What makes this property unique

Champagne Village is a 55+ community that is gated with security. They have a very nice clubhouse and park. We are next-door to the Hyatt timeshare that has two golf courses, restaurant, stores and activities.
