Luna Beach House: Sleeps 8–10, 0.7 Mi to Sylvan Beach

Welcome to Luna Beach House, a spacious coastal retreat located just 0.7 miles from Sylvan Beach. Designed for families and groups, our 3-bedroom, 3-full-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

The Primary Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The Queen Bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and TV, while the spacious Bunk Room features a queen-over-queen bunk bed plus three twin bunks, making it a great space for kids, teens, or additional guests.

One of our favorite features is the home’s two separate living areas. Enjoy the main living room downstairs or spread out in the upstairs entertainment area, giving families and groups extra space to relax without everyone having to be in the same room.

With three full bathrooms, generous sleeping arrangements, an open-concept kitchen and living area, and multiple spaces to unwind, Luna Beach House is especially comfortable for family vacations, multi-generational trips, fishing weekends, and relaxing getaways.

Spend the day at Sylvan Beach, go fishing, enjoy waterfront sunsets and nearby parks, or explore local restaurants and attractions. Kemah Boardwalk, Space Center Houston, and other Houston-area destinations are also within driving distance.

We built this home from the ground up and originally planned to sell it, but decided to open its doors to travelers so other families and friends could enjoy it too. We take great pride in the home we created and hope Luna Beach House gives you a comfortable place to slow down, reconnect, and make wonderful memories together.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure the key is returned to the lock box and all doors and windows are locked.
• Set the A/C to 74°F. • Place all used towels in the Laundry Room. No need to load the washing machine. • Wash any dishes you used or start the dishwasher, if needed.
• Please return any furniture or household items that were moved during your stay to their original location. • Send us a quick message once you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Exterior security cameras installed at the front door and driveway and record video continuously. No indoor cameras or recording devices are present.

We had a wonderful stay at Luna Beach House. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. We walked to the beach each morning, as it’s just down the street. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and very clean. We would definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful beach home! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location to visit our grandchildren. Appreciate the fact the owner allows a dog. It’s a short walk to Sylvan Beach and we enjoyed exploring the area very much. The house is pristine clean and well stocked! Lots of extras and conveniences. We hope to visit again in the future!

Excellent- would stay again. Great location. Quiet neighborhood & easy to take scenic walks. Great yard for our old dog to rest on back porch. We both were able to comfortably work remote several days in an area large enough to not interfere in the others space. Beautiful decor as well. Very clean. New.

We picked this place because it looked like a spa, and it totally feels like one, too! The place is new and gorgeous, especially if you like the new modern designs houses have now. The place was very clean, and there was plenty of space for you to move around. We loved that we were able to also enjoy the place with our dog. The TV was nice and big (great for movie night, so don't forget to bring popcorn!). The beds were soft (we even got a sleep score of 98 on our first night!). The bathrooms weren't cramped, and they had lovely scents and soaps (enough for us to try to find and replicate at home). The patio was a great place to eat breakfast in the morning. Since the house is new and hasn't been "lived in", some of the typical household functionalities aren't there yet, but I assume it'll get there over time. Not a big deal, especially if you're staying a few days.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in La Porte! The property was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The owner was incredibly communicative, responsive, and understanding throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was well maintained, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We even got to bring our little dog on his first vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
