The only issue was the tile was dirty. It looks clean but when I arrived I put on a new pair of while socks and an hour later the bottom was all black.

Our housekeeping team follows detailed cleaning procedures, and our inspector walked through the unit wearing white socks before your arrival and did not notice any issues, which makes your experience surprising to us. We wish you had mentioned this during one of our many conversations throughout your stay, as we would have gladly sent our staff back to inspect and address the concern immediately. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we always appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns while our guests are still in-house. Thank you again for your kind words and excellent rating. The room was nice and had a great view. We did have a few issues during our stay though. When we arrived the fridge was at room temp, not sure if they turn it off between guests, but we had bought groceries and had to put our cold items in coolers with ice to keep from spoiling. I called the rental company and they said give it until the next day and if it still hadn't cooled to let them know and they would send someone to look at it. By the next morning it had cooled so again, I think the fridge temp wasn't turned down until our arrival day. We also had an issue with the A/C. It was set to not go lower than 69, which was ok during the day, but at night we had no ceiling fans in either bedroom and absolutely roasted! The third issue was the showers. The one in the guest bathroom is a very small shower stall and my son who is 23 found it difficult to use comfortably. The tub/shower in the main bedroom is pretty low. My husband is 6 ft and had to bend down to use the showerhead. Due to these issues we probably wouldn't rent this unit again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the room and its beautiful view. We're sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the refrigerator, it was operating properly during your stay. As noted in our check-in information, when a refrigerator is stocked with room-temperature groceries, it can take several hours for everything to cool. We advise guests to check again the following morning and contact us if items are still not cold. We're glad the refrigerator reached the proper temperature overnight. Regarding the air conditioning, the thermostat is set with a minimum temperature of 68–69°F to help prevent the system from freezing, which is standard for this type of equipment. We were not made aware that the room felt too warm overnight. Had we known, we would have been happy to provide additional fans or explore other ways to improve your comfort. As for the showers, we appreciate your feedback. The shower dimensions are standard for the building, and the primary bathroom showerhead is adjustable. While we have not previously received similar comments, we understand that preferences and comfort can vary from guest to guest. We appreciate your comments, as they help us identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
