Reserve your stay at Turtle Inn and you will be centrally located between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach in the gated community of Barefoot Cottages. You will love exploring the Forgotten Coast, relaxing at the beach (WindMark Beach on St. Joseph Bay is less than a mile away or Mexico Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is less than ten minutes), and watching beautiful sunsets. Gather back to share meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or use the community grills and pools.
This home offers guests a peaceful retreat with two cozy bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Bedroom 1 (Master) - Queen bed, TV, access to the upper screened porch, and an ensuite full bathroom with walk-in tile shower.
Bedroom 2 - Two full beds which is great for four kids or two adults, and has its own ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Both bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Towels, a hair dryer, and hotel-size body wash, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided in each bathroom.

1st floor - Open concept living/dining/kitchen makes for great family time. A Smart TV in the living room is provided for streaming your favorite shows (bring your passwords).
The high-top dining table seats five and there's room for three more at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, coffeemaker, Keurig, and pantry items (see below).
The half bath is handy and here you'll find a full-size washer, dryer, and laundry products.

A screened porch on each level provides outdoor living space and a great spot for morning coffee, afternoon sweet tea, or an evening beverage.

One or two dogs are allowed by indicating in your booking request that you will be bringing them so the pet fee is charged ($150 for the stay). See the restrictions and weight limit in that area.

Keyless entry with your own secure code, great for young and old alike with no keys to keep track of and an easy-to-remember 4-digit code.
Parking is at the front door.
One of the three pools is 50 steps away.
A community charcoal grilling area, picnic table, and green space for dogs is just steps off your porch.
An EV charger is available to use (bring your own connector).

WE PROVIDE FOR YOUR STAY: toilet paper, paper towels, Ziploc bags, foil, Pam, oil, spices, salt & pepper, coffee, some K-cups, hand soaps, trash bags, dishwashing, laundry, and cleaning supplies.

Will you need any baby or beach gear? Ask me about BabyQuip where you can rent a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, stroller, car seat, toys, beach wagon, chairs, Shibumi shade, cooler, and much more available. I offer FREE delivery and pickup to Turtle Inn guests. Pack light and travel happy!

Port St. Joe has a vibrant and charming downtown area (3 minute car ride) with boutique shopping and many locally-owned delicious restaurants.
Grocery shopping--Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General Market are 3 minutes away.

If you want touristy attractions, chain restaurants, and name-brand stores, take a drive to Panama City Beach for the day. You can be there in about an hour, have fun, fight the traffic, and be so glad you chose to stay at Turtle Inn in Barefoot Cottages.

If you are under 25 and your parents won't be staying with you the entire time, please don't even ask to book. The cottage is family friendly and a great location to experience the tranquil and memorable vacation you're dreaming of.

Boats and trailers are not allowed in Barefoot Cottages. I can connect you with offsite parking.
