Wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Der Ausblick und die Gegend laden zur Entspannung ein und alle Familienmitglieder waren bestens zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super und besonders hat uns die Einrichtung des Hauses gefallen. Gefühlt erzählt jedes Teil ein Stück Geschichte. Für Menschen, die gerne joggen, skaten oder Fahrrad fahren, bietet sich der super ausgebaute Fahrradweg bestens an.

Eine erholsame Auszeit vom Alltag!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und renoviertes Haus mit fantastischem Blick auf die Havel

Direkt an der Havel, die hier mehrere hundert Meter breit ist, gelegen, hat man aus allen Zimmern des Hauses einen fantastischen Blick auf das Gewässer. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümerin als Architektin/Innenarchitektin ihr ganzes Herzblut in die Sanierung des Hauses gesteckt hat und jedes Detail durchdacht hat. Mit dem Auto sind es gut fünf Minuten zum Bahnhof Werder, der mit einem sehr großen P&R-Parkhaus ausgestattet ist. Potsdam ist in 10 Minuten, Berlin HBf. in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Orsteil Phöben. Ein Spaziergang auf den Wichtelberg wird mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick über die Havellandschaft belohnt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Etwas Besonderes!

Wow, was für ein schönes Haus! Die Idee, ein altes Haus, an dem vieles über die Jahre hinweg verändert wurde, wieder zurückzubauen und in seinen Ursprungszustand zurückzuversetzen, ist toll. Es gibt jetzt aber auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, die unsere Wohnkultur heutzutage bietet. Dazu noch einen rundum verglasten Wintergarten und neue große Panoramafenster, die das Innen mit dem Außen verschwimmen lassen. Das Haus ist voller Kunst, es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Die Einrichtung aus Antiquitäten, Modernem und mit vielen wiederverwendeten Materialien Eingebautem ist stimmig und gelungen. Vieles stammt aus Frankreich. Das passt wunderbar. Der Blick aus dem Fenster erinnert an Seine-Motive der französischen Impressionisten. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts die wunderbare Vlaminck-Ausstellung im Museum Barberini in Potsdam besucht und mussten dabei an die Havelsicht denken. Dass das Haus direkt am Fluss liegt, macht es ganz besonders. Wir haben die Aussicht genossen, die geräumige Sauna genutzt, sind zum Abkühlen in die Havel gesprungen und haben im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer die dunklen Herbstabende ausklingen lassen. Phöben ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die vielen schönen Orte in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch die Nähe zu Potsdam bietet viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
