The house is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Built in 1900, the original hardwood floors and shiplap walls add to the charm. There is plenty of room to relax with three king bedrooms and a bunkroom with 2 sets of full over full custom bunkbeds. Three full and one half bathrooms make mornings easy and convenient for everyone. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying quiet moment outside by the firepit, this historic home offers a perfect retreat. We love this area because of its proximity to the airport, Arlington and Fort Worth. We are near the major highways and it’s easy access to all of the main attractions. We own most of the houses in our block and enjoy sharing our little piece of Texas with visitors.

What makes this property unique

You will find historical homes and mature trees in our quiet neighborhood. We live down the street and I am a master gardener for the state of Texas. I love working in the yards and creating tranquil gardens to enjoy throughout the different seasons.
