Wonderful Ski Access, Privacy and Views - 5+Bed/5.5 Bath Sleeps 18+

Enjoy staying in the Lewis Ranch ski community at Copper Mountain! This 5,100+ sq/ft home has custom reclaimed wood doors, reclaimed oak floors, and reclaimed timbers throughout, along with four king suites, a bunk room with four queens, and a separate twin XL bunk. A gourmet kitchen, separate billiards room, lower level recreation room with TV/Video Game area, movie theater, loft and hot tub all await you within steps of the Lumberjack Ski Lift and slopes! Wonderful views of slopes and peaks!

There are 5 bedrooms+, including 4 king suites (two masters on the upper level and two others on the lower level, all with private bathrooms) and a bunk room with 4 queen beds (lower level - each bunk with built-in TV). There are 5 bathrooms (one for each bedroom) plus a powder room. There is also a twin XL bunk in the lower level (see picture).

We think all the properties in Lewis Ranch are wonderful. Here are some points about our home that may help you make a decision:

** The kitchen is large, well-equipped, and has two sinks, two dishwashers, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and an eating bar that has six stools and room to gather on the side without stools. Great for large groups and après ski appetizers!
** There is a Sub-Zero two-zone wine fridge in the great room wine bar cabinet.
** The movie theatre has a 110" screen and seats eight in comfortable leather reclining theatre chairs with cup holders. A selection of PG-13 to G rated movies are available for your use. There is also a beverage refrigerator and a microwave on the lower level for movie snacks.
** Our "billiards" or pool table room is a separate room on the main level that includes a beverage refrigerator and a microwave. You can see the hot tub from the pool table room - nice for watching children, and from the hot tub, you can see the TV in the pool table room - nice for staying up to date on games.
** The main level deck is large, with a significant portion covered for grilling when it is snowy or rainy. The deck has a hard-lined gas Weber grill, hot tub, fireplace, and a table and chairs, with additional furniture in the summer.
** The hot tub is a larger, comfortable size, nearly eight feet square, with upgraded jets.
** There are four king bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.
** The bunk room has four queen beds, each with a built in TV. The bunks are "in-line", which offers more privacy than having them across from each other.
** The twin bunk in the lower level TV/rec area has two XL twin beds (same length as a queen), which makes the house sleep more like a six bedroom than a five bedroom (which is why we say 5+ bedrooms).
**All TVs are "smart TVs".
**In addition to providing quality sheets, towels, and entertaining supplies, we endeavor to provide more than adequate paper towels, bathroom tissue, Kleenex, foil, plastic storage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, quality brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and generally everything you need other than yourselves and food!
** From outside the ski room, it is about 100 meters (we measured) to the Lumberjack lift area and slope. We think it is an easy, very short walk (no steep uphill - pretty flat). The home would be called "ski-in/ski-out" at other resorts because it is so close.
** The Copper Coach will pick you up for free on Beeler and take you anywhere in the resort.
