SKI-IN/SKI-OUT ACCESS:

If you're planning a day of skiing in the winter or hiking or mountain biking in the summer, all you have to do is step out the door and you're on the "green" side of the mountain. Ski-in/ski-out access is truly feet from the slopes, allowing you to ski directly to your heated patio, walk onto it, and easily store your gear in the outdoor ski rack or guest lockers in the well equipped ski room directly accessible from the patio with convenient full bath/shower.

THE PROPERTY:

The massive and open floor plan will invite everyone to gather for food and conversation around the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The stunning gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream! It's fully- equipped and includes a Wolf 6-burner gas range plus griddle, Wolf 30' double ovens, dual oversized Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, huge pantry, Wolf and Cove appliances, granite countertops, two large adjacent islands (one for prep and one for sitting for 10), additional dining room table for 8, and all the necessary cookware to make a gourmet meal. Alternatively, I could recommend an outstanding private chef.

After a day of outside fun, return to the house to relax and unwind. Quiet your body and mind in the nine-person private jetted hot tub, gaze out of floor-to-ceiling windows at picturesque mountain surroundings, play a few games, or watch movies on the big screen by the fire.

SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS:

When you're ready to call it a night, take a walk or ride the elevator (it's more fun!) to the 4th floor "bird's nest" primary suite which occupies the entire level. Enjoy a glass of wine on your private heated patio overlooking the slopes or sink into the luxurious comfort of your king bed to enjoy a blissfully deep sleep. This suite is truly its own oasis with a massive stone gas fireplace, wet-bar, refrigerator, reading area, and private laundry room. Its double-vanity bathroom features a bidet, three-piece steam shower plus jets, and a separate jetted soaker tub that overlooks breathtaking mountain views.

The second level is home to two equally impressive guest suites with king beds. Both suites include a wet bar, refrigerator, gas fireplace, and custom bath, steam showers, and massive closets. Down the hall, there is an additional third suite with queen bed, and private bath. also on this floor are the billiard room, laundry room, additional full bath, and wine cellar.

Adults and children alike will appreciate the two bunk rooms, one on the first floor with adjacent full bath/shower, and one on the third floor with ensuite full bath/shower. Each bunk room sleeps up to 8 in the pairs of queen over queen bunks.

All six bedrooms have their own private baths - no sharing or walking down the hall and high quality bed/bath linens.
