Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo furnished with all of the amenities to make you feel at home. This condo is conveniently located to golfing, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, beach and much more… Wireless internet access is available in the unit for your privacy and convenience. The balcony overlooks the lake. The unit sleeps 6, with a queen bed in two bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. There are 4 flat screen TVs throughout the condo for your entertainment.

In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Wifi, cable tv, landline.

Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Ripley's Aquarium, and Myrtle Waves are just minutes away. The perfect place for your next family vacation. There is so much to see and do at Myrtle Beach. You will love this place! The beach is a short one and one-half mile away with public access.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. Pets and/or smoking are not permitted. A Security Deposit of $500.00 on a weekly rental is required at time of reservation, to be refunded if cancelled 30 days in advance and/or departure inspection. Monthly rentals require a $1000.00 security deposit.

From the Myrtle Beach International Airport follow the airport exit road, take the highway 17 Bypass North Exit, continue approximately 5 miles, turn left into the Myrtlewood Golf Club (48th Avenue North Ext.)

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and very convenient to all the sites and attractions at Myrtle Beach! Compared to some of the places we reviewed to stay at this was above the rest! The owner of the property was very friendly and courteous when I was scheduling my visit. I would absolutely recommend this location for your next visit.

It’s a great place to stay very roomy 3 beds 2 baths. Had no problem booking it or contacting the owner, Rosa is great if you’re looking for a very nice place to stay I suggest renting from Rosa!

Very happy with our stay ! Exceeded our expectations! Condo is immaculate , spacious, kitchen fully adapted. Beautiful views and location is close to all stores and restaurants , only few minutes ride to the beach. Manager (owner) Rosa very easy to communicate with - responds quickly to all our questions . Perfect Getaway

Place was Immacula, host was super easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze, property clean & security guard drives around. Pool towels & beach chairs were the perfect touch.*** This is not a deal breaker, but beds are small (seeing that I own a king bed); had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels & garbage bags as the property didn’t have enough for 6 ppl with a 7 day stay Overall, 10 out of 10 I would recommend this host.

Let’s just say I felt like I was at home. It felt so welcoming and cozy. The place was amazing big enough for me and my 3 kids. We really enjoyed our stay. I have no complaints whatsoever everything was perfect. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even down to the beach equipment chairs and tent. Close to everything we was 15 mins from the beach. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10. Thank you so much for the great hospitality and easy check in.

The unit was very nice and decorated nice. Very nice furniture. My only issues were that the sofa bed was padlocked and we had no access to the indoor pool. A person had to sleep on the couch instead of the actual sofa bed. I've never experienced that before. Other than that, the unit was all I expected. The owner was great and I liked that she checked in with us and was accessible when needed.

Potential guests are given a detailed description on the VRBO website of our unit and the amenities. The unit accommodates up to 6 people. There is no mention of a sofa bed in the description. The indoor pool is only assessible for guests renting directly from Myrtlewood Villas Vacation Rentals.

Multi-month business stay, with vacation modes

The owner of this unit is very accommodating and responsive to changes in scheduling. Unit is beautifully and strategically located to take advantage of the many facets of a beach location. As it turned out, we arrived at the end of the tourist season and were pleasantly surprised at the many fall festivals that were taking place up and down the Grand Strand. Our location gave us ready access to all. Unit is comfortable, tastefully furnished and completely outfitted to settle in and enjoy any and all of the amenities of this fabulous area. It's hard to go wrong with this unit and these owners. They're the best.

A staycation with plenty of space

We were in the process of relocating to the area and needed a place to stay until closing on our home. This place was a perfect fit! It is a great condo with plenty of space in a location convenient to everything. The property is maintained to a brand-new condition with a very responsive host that makes your stay low stress. It overlooks the community lake which is great for evenings relaxing on the balcony. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Myrtle Beach!
