Just a block down from the Dickies Arena and Will Rogers Coliseum makes this house accessible to anywhere you need to go! Walk to the concert or scooter over to the horse show. Also, you are just minutes from The Stockyards and years of TX history.

Very spacious, separate King Master with large ensuite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom located in the hallway between them. The first bedroom has 2 full sized beds with mounted TV and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
There is a king pull out sofa in the living room as well as a single pull out sofa if there is a need for extra beds.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of the quiet street and proximity to the Will Rogers Coliseum, where we show horses several times a year. The close proximity to Dickies arena is surely a plus as well.

What makes this property unique

I think our property is unique because I want guests feeling as if it was their own home and have everything they could possibly need while away from theirs! Your comfort is our pride and priority! This house affords privacy in the master suite and still allows for whole house comfortable living.
