Booked very last minute, so we opted for convenience and low price. Place was clean. When we got there, the dishwasher had leaked on the floor. We notified hosts. Challenging to find the unit in the complex. Otherwise place was fine.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the unit clean and enjoyed its charm. We’re sorry the dishwasher issue affected your stay and appreciate you letting us know. We hope to host you again in the future.
Rooms and furnishings were nice. The trash and dog droppings next to the downstairs apartment was an eye sore. Parking isn’t the greatest.

Jason, thank you for staying with us! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the home's rooms and furnishings. We apologize for any issues caused by animal waste or trash on the property and appreciate you bringing these to our attention. We have passed this information on to our house manager to review. We hope to host you again soon!
Could constantly hear music, laundry machines, and dogs barking from neighboring units. Comfortable beds, but very basic furnishings and amenities. Parking in lot was never available. TV instructions should be provided.
This little apartment for rent is in a very nice location for down town, we booked very last minute and there wasn’t much to choose from on our budget. If your looking for a place to sleep during an off weekend, then this works in a pinch. The bed was very comfortable, and after a long day of our door fun that was very nice. However, if you are looking for a quiet getaway, on a busy weekend this was not it, very loud neighbors upstairs and down, late into the night. Thin ceilings and walls. BAD spotty internet, trying to stream a movie on Netflix was a nightmare. The furniture was ripped and stained in some places, that was very surprising. I have used VRBO for years, and it was a first to walk into a vacation rental and see the recliner taped together, and not even really doing the job. The other sofa recliner had stains on the front as well… looked like goo from a previous party? Basically, if you want to re-experience college living from your early 20’s in your first apartment, this is it. But, the bed was very comfortable.

Hi Maddie! Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that the location worked well for you! We sincerely apologize for any disturbances caused by the street noise. As for the furniture, we are sending our maintenance technician immediately to evaluate the furniture. The internet is Sparklight and is the highest speed available in this area. During Labor Day weekend it can be spotty for internet and cellphone services because of the large number of people in our town. Thank you for staying with us! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
Walking distance to the marina and downtown. No real views of the lake but price and location far outway lack of view.
